ABOUT US
GenZ is highly motivated by hands-on, authentic learning relevant to their interests and goals. On that ground, educators must be equipped with the soft skills necessary to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment, foster student collaboration and engagement, and support the development of critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Concurrently, is important for educators to build cultural awareness and support diversity and inclusion. This includes the ability to recognize and respond to cultural nuances, respect and value diverse perspectives, and foster a sense of belonging and community among all students.
Impact
The consortium will develop a detailed Social Skills Assessment Tool and Resource Pack with training
materials for those social skills needed by teachers and educators, in secondary and tertiary education.
These interactive tools will be available in English and the languages of the partnership (PT, DE, GR, SI,
SK) at a dedicated e-platform and as mobile app for smart phones (parts of the contents will also be
presented as audio files). A series of dissemination and promotion activities will accompany the project
and will render the outcomes available until at least 2030.
